As an Account Manager you are the link between long-term partnerships and new opportunities in the UK and Dutch markets. You combine strong client relationship management with spotting growth potential. Together with teams like logistics, trading and technical services, you make sure deals run smoothly and clients get the best service. A role for someone who thrives on sales, international collaboration and frequent travel.

What you will do

You represent the company in two key markets: the UK and the Netherlands. You build strong client connections, negotiate contracts and turn opportunities into results. While you focus on developing business, you also make sure internal stakeholders are aligned so that customers get the best possible support.

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients;
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in both markets;
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy and execution;
  • Negotiate contracts and manage sales processes end-to-end;
  • Deliver presentations that clearly show value to clients and stakeholders;
  • Represent the company at client visits, trade fairs and international events.

A potential workday

09:00 – Join the weekly commercial team meeting, sharing market insights from UK and Dutch clients.
10:30 – Prepare a contract negotiation with a new partner in the UK.
12:30 – Lunch at the office restaurant and a quick gym session downstairs.
13:30 – Video call with logistics and finance to align on a customer delivery.
15:00 – Travel to a Dutch client for an in-person meeting.
16:30 – Update your pipeline and align with your manager on new opportunities.
17:30 – Wrap up the day and prepare for an international trip the next morning.

What we are looking for

You are a commercially driven professional who knows how to grow accounts and build trust. With experience in sales or account management, you are ready to take ownership of two important markets.

  • Currently living in the Netherlands (<50 km from Bladel) or willing to relocate;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (native-level preferred);
  • 5–7 years’ experience in account management, business development or B2B sales;
  • Experience in the UK/Dutch market is a must, dairy sector knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with a proactive mindset;
  • Open to frequent international travel.
